You missed out!
Are you finding that filling your schedule doesn’t work the way it used to? You’re marketing. You’re busy. But hygiene still has openings. Treatment still goes unscheduled. And keeping the calendar full feels harder every year.
That’s not because you’re doing something wrong. It’s because the rules have changed. Patient behavior has shifted. Competition has increased. And the tactics that filled schedules a few years ago don’t hold up heading into 2026.
Join Neil Zemba, Founder & CEO of Rise DDS, alongside Jason Greene, for a breakdown of The 2026 Playbook for Filling Your Schedule. You’ll see how practices are using internal and external data to understand real patient demand, analyze their local market, and identify opportunities already sitting inside the practice.
We’ll cover what marketing strategies are actually working now, how to separate signal from noise, and how practices are using systems built specifically for hygiene and outstanding treatment to keep schedules full year-round.
If you want a clear plan for filling your schedule in 2026, without guessing or chasing the next tactic, this session will give you the playbook.

Neil Zemba is the Founder and CEO of Rise DDS, Co-Founder of the Dental Mentors facebook group, and partner in Executive Dental partners, a DSO based in Southeastern Michigan. A graduate of the University of Michigan, Neil began his career in Silicon Valley, where he Co-Founded the marketing analytics platform Serv, which was acquired in 2015.
Neil came on as the COO of a Michigan-based DSO shortly thereafter and was bit by the dental bug. Frustrated with the lack of transparency and results from his marketing vendors, Neil brought in members of his former development team in an attempt to create a better marketing and analytics platform for dentists and DSOs, a project that eventually became Rise DDS.
Neil is passionate about finding new and emerging technologies and applying them to the dental space to help practices grow. He serves as an angel investor and advisor to several startups, and greatly enjoys mentoring other operators and practice owners to optimize their practices and lifestyle.

Jason Greene is a healthcare growth strategist with over a decade of experience in Orthopedics before transitioning into dental practice consulting. As a surgical implant consultant, he spent 10 years working directly with surgeons in the operating room, developing deep expertise in patient care, clinical workflows, and high-stakes decision-making.
Over the past four years, Jason has consulted with more than 100 dental practices across major markets—including New York, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, and Southern California—helping doctors grow profitability, streamline operations, and ultimately step out of the chair. He now serves as Vice President of Sales and Partnerships at Rise DDS, where he helps practices acquire higher-value patients and fix retention challenges through modern outsourcing and data-driven systems
