Membership Community Account Manager (Work from Home)

Summary:

  • Full Time 40+ Hours Per Week
  • Target Pay $50 – $70k

  • Must work normal business Hours 8-5pm
  • Location independent – can work from anywhere
  • Must be willing to travel to be onsite for 4-6x per year or more

We are looking to add to our team a successful and enthusiastic membership community account manager to drive member engagement and connection of the dentist entrepreneur clients of the DEO.  We want someone who prides themselves in being able to connect with people and create a valuable member experience!  

As a Membership Community Account Manager You Will Be Doing the Following:

  • Manage Overall DEO Member Base
      • Communicate 1 on 1 with DEO Members Daily  (text, email, phone, etc)
      • Generate participation of DEO members to live and virtual events
      • Facilitate “Connection” of members to each other and DEO Resources
      • Advocates for members and their interests
      • Build relationships with members
      • Driving conversations and engagement and get members answers they need
  • Help Build Live Event Curriculums
      • Ensure all speakers are amazing, prepared, and deliver on their message
      • Make sure content hits needs, desires, challenges
  • Help Facilitate Virtual Event Curriculum (Webinars)
      • Ensure all speakers are amazing, prepared, and deliver on their message
      • Make sure content hits needs, desires, challenges
  • Elite Facebook Group 
      • Manage Facebook group
  • DEO “Resource” Management
      • Ensure DEO resources are useful and correct
      • Help create resources

Requirements:

  • Empathy and relationship builder
  • Understand how to connect people
  • Project management and understanding metrics
  • Tech savvy, stays up to date with digital trends
  • Oral and written communication skills to be able to develop engaging content as well as be relatable and understanding in member interactions
  • People person with great customer service skills, ability to moderate both online and in person (directly with members)
  • Talented problem solving skills.  Being able to quickly solve an issue is required. 
  • Must have the skills in order to use technology to help engage and interact with members.  Familiarity with Google Docs, Slack, Gmail.

  • Primary Metrics
      • Retain DEO Membership clients on a monthly basis
  • Secondary Metrics
      • Member Engagement Scores
      • Member Yearly Satisfaction (Net Promoter Score)
      • Member Event Satisfaction (Net Promoter Score)
