Job Mission
Contribute to the growth and retention of the dentist entrepreneurs by engaging clients through planning educational speakers series and assist in launching curriculum. You will take the current DEO Educational “Growth Model” curriculum and use it to find engaging and effective speaker guests, topics, and educational sessions.
Responsibilities
Curriculum Coordination and Development
- Research Educational Topics of Interest of Clients

- Identify topics of interest, based on the learning needs of clients
- Decide speakers and experts to deliver topics of interest in an engaging way

- Plan Live and Virtual Educational Sessions

- Prepare speakers and subject matter experts to create engaging educational sessions
- Develop tools and resources to accompany educational live and virtual sessions

- Maintain Speaker and Subject Matter Expert Database

- Network in the dental industry to find the best speakers and content deliverers
- Research outside of the industry for dynamic topics and speakers

- Build Accompanying Training Resources for Educational Sessions

- Identify opportunities to increase client success through providing tools and resources such as examples, pdf’s, templates, worksheets, workbooks, etc
- Develop learning tools that will be delivered after each Session, Event, Intensive, providing the Members and Attendee

- Maintain Training Resource Database

- Manage ongoing list of educational resources (ie tools, workbooks, pdfs, etc)
- Organize resources for maximum eas of use

Other Responsibilities
- Help facilitate client engagement in the private client facebook group
- Travel to some in-person DEO events
- Network with industry influences, speakers and subject matter experts
- Help new learning programs
- Help build onboarding learning paths for new members

Job Benefits:

- Compensation $50k-$80k Depending on Experience

Requirements:
- Obsession for helping clients achieve results through education
- Outgoing personality, an extrovert who will enjoy talking to people and networking
- Ability to research the learning needs of clients and understand their pain points and educational opportunities
- Loves research and digging around to find information that will result in successful outcomes
- Detail-oriented and able to follow through and plan projects
- Dental experience NOT required but helpful
- Business education experience NOT required but helpful
Success Metrics
- Educational Session Attendance (% that attend)
- Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
Time Commitment
- 35-40 Hour Per Week
- Daily Morning Huddles at 10 am PT
- Some travel required
