Responsibilities
Marketing and Sales Conversion Optimization
- Improve Email Optins to-> Sales Appointment Conversion Funnel
- Improve Email Marketing Performance
- Improve A/B Testing
- Improve WordPress Landing Page Conversion
- Improve Main Website Conversion and Usability (deodentalgroup.com)
- Improve Checkout Pages and Upsells
Marketing Funnel Reporting
- Manage INFUSIONSOFT for marketing including campaigns, automation, tagging, etc
- Manage DEO’s Marketing KPI reporting systems
- Manage marketing integrations (Infusionsoft, Plus This, Zapier, & Tech Stack)
- Manage automation of lead magnet delivery and prospect flow through campaigns
- Optimize reporting softwares including Segmentcs, Mouselflow, & Wickedreports
- Set up performance attribution tracking on opens, clicks, campaign conversion
- Help team measure traffic and conversion from all traffic sources & conversion reports
- Manage and optimize UTM Tracking

Some Initiative You Would Run in the Near Term:
- Setup Traffic and Conversions Reporting System with Segmetrics and Wickedreports
- Create Automated System for Selling via Facebook Messenger (Manychat)
- Set up A/B Testing System and Reporting
- Project Manage New DEO website based on historical data + Analytics (Exciting!)
Job Summary:
- Full Time 35-40 Hours Per Week, long-term contractor position or Full Time
- Pay of $45k – $65k/year

Requirements:
Training available, but skills below are preferred:
- Advanced technical skills to manage softwares, WordPress, landing pages, reporting
- Understand/willing to become expert-level Infusionsoft operator
- Understanding/willing to learn A/B testing tools, including Google Optimize, Optimizely, and Unbounce
- Understanding/willing to learn analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Google Data Studio) and other third-party analytics platforms
- Understanding/willing to learn data skills (i.e. Spreadsheets, Webmaster Tools, GTM)
Time Commitment Estimate
- 35-40 Hour Per Week
- Daily Morning Huddles at 10am PT
- Working hours are between 5am PT – 5pm PT
- Mandatory that you’re online between 9am PT – 12pm PT
