When he was 12 years old, Dr. Samson Liu and his family relocated from Hong Kong to Canada, instilling in him a strong work ethic centered around the idea that nothing is handed to you; you must earn it yourself. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto, his DDS from Northwestern University Dental School, his MBA from SIU and joined Heartland Dental in 1999.

Dr. David Janash

Tiffany Fleisch

Director of Operations, Frandsen Dental, Utah

Tiffany Fleisch is a highly experienced professional in the dental industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations for Frandsen Dental since 2007. With over two decades of experience in the field, she has held several positions, including dental assistant, dental assistant instructor, office manager, regional manager, and Director of Operations.

Throughout her tenure at Frandsen Dental, Tiffany has played a key role in the company's expansion from a single location to three locations, with two additional practice mergers. She has built and led various departments, including HR, finance, training and development, and RCM, all of which have contributed to the growth and success of the company. Dr. Chris Martin, DDS, MAGD

Dr. Chris Martin is the CEO and co-founder of Village Dental in North Carolina, with 4 locations and about 120+ members. Village Dental leads its region in sedation general dentistry solutions. Dr. Kent McBride, DDS, MS

Founding Partner, Meridian Dental Specialists/North American Dental Group 

During the 12 years following completing his endodontic residency in 2007, Dr. McBride, alongside his partners, successfully cultivated their practice into a thriving ten-location multi-specialty group (Meridian Dental Specialists), with invaluable support from the DEO. Dr. Hisham Barakat, DDS / MAGD

Dr. Barakat is GDP’s Chief Clinical Officer (CCO), Partner in VA and a practicing dentist. He graduated from Dental school, finishing a 1 Year AEGD and 2 Year GPR Residencies at LSU and joined a group practice for 7 years before starting his practice, growing it to 9 locations. Then Dr. Barakat joined Guardian Dentistry in 2019. He's a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology (ABOI), a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), a Diplomate of (ICOI) and a Master Of the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD).

Currently, he practices one day a week focusing on Implants and All-on-X cases. As CCO, Dr. Barakat works very closely with all his partners (120+) across 164 practices in 11 states. He enjoys building clinical programs across the organization and helping dentists uncover their genius.

Jordyn Butcher

She brings with her consumer relations mastery: nearly a decade of experience ensuring exceptional service, dental knowledge: years of clinical dental assisting and group practice management, leadership architect: building visionary teams and driving strategic success, process optimization: guiding members to streamlined workflows and efficiency gains, and community building: fostering collaboration and growth within and across teams in the industry.

Her passion for dentistry stems from her love of serving others. Jordyn attended the University of Tennessee where the Volunteer spirit runs deep. When she is not working, you can find her traveling, coaching her local high school cheer team, and volunteering at Ronald McDonald House charities + Miracle League of San Diego.

Dr. Maja Martin, DDS

Co-Founder and Chief Dental Officer, Village Dental

Dr. Martin is the co-owner and chief dental officer of Village Dental in North Carolina, a group dental practice with a focus on sedation dentistry. Village Dental has four locations and about 120 team members.

She came to the United States as part of a student exchange program in 1991 and stayed to play basketball at the University of North Carolina (UNC) from 1992 to 1996. She is a 2002 graduate of the UNC Adams School of Dentistry and a member of the 1994 University of North Carolina Women’s National Championship Basketball team.

Steve Broughton, DDS

Dr. Joshua Renken

Jamie Viramontes, Founder & CEO at HR Konnect brings more than 25 years of experience to Konnect clients.
