Dr. Kois continues to lecture nationally and internationally, is a reviewer for many journals and is the co-Editor in Chief for The Compendium of Continuing Education in Dentistry. Dr. Kois is the recipient of the 2002 Saul Schluger Memorial Award for Clinical Excellence in Diagnosis and Treatment Planning, and received a Lifetime Achievement Award from both the World Congress of Minimally Invasive Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is the past President of both the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry and American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, and a member of numerous other professional organizations. In addition, he continues to work with restorative dentists at the Kois Center, a didactic and clinical teaching program.

Dr. Rania Saleh is CEO and founder of Oryx Dental Software. Dr. Saleh founded Oryx when she realized an important tool was missing from her practice: the right dental software. After a decade as a dentist and private-practice owner, Dr. Saleh’s frustrations with dealing with multiple software “solutions" became overwhelming.

In 2015, Dr. Saleh joined forces with Dr. Kois. Applying evidence-based research to the software’s logic, they created a titan in the clinical-solution field. Oryx’s principle revolves around empowering dentists with the latest literature in the field to deliver the best care for their patients.

Dr. Richard Evangelista is the CEO and founder of Dentalforce. With over 15 years of proven success in dental practice and dental management, he has now become a novelty in his field. In the last five years, Dentalforce has grown from 5 locations with 30 employees to now over 40 locations with a little over 400 employees. This growth is unprecedented in the field of dentistry, especially under single ownership. With only traditional bank financing, he was able to grow organically allowing management decisions to remain under his control.

After partnering with his cousin Zach Hungate, the duo focused on bringing world-class technology to dental practices and changing the face of dentistry's future.

Dr. Jackson practiced clinical dentistry for 10 years, while creating a small Knox Keene-licensed managed dental plan in Los Angeles. He served as Western Regional Dental Director and Western Regional Administrative Director at Prudential Healthcare before becoming president of the dental division.

Later, Dr. Jackson moved to Wellpoint Healthcare in the role of general manager of the dental division. He is on the teledentistry advisory team at Healthy Smiles for Kids in Orange County, California.

Matt Hall, MBA, has over 15 years of dental industry experience focused on building trust in patient and provider relationships, creating and administering dental plans, facilitating dental payments, and developing marketing and customer experiences. He is the president and COO of Wellfit, a healthcare tech  platform that helps reduce healthcare costs to power innovative dental plans, eliminate payment complexities, and unify payment processes. Prior to joining Wellfit, he was a marketing executive for Pacific Dental Services (PDS) for 14 years.

Joe Feldsien joined Pacific Dental Services (PDS) in 2004 and is directly responsible for serving the needs of clinical professionals in the areas of clinical excellence, including GP, hygiene and all specialties, professional development, partnerships, and university relations. He also supports the PDS brand within the industry. Prior to joining PDS, Joe worked 11 years at 3M Corp in both sales and marketing capacities.

Eva Sadej, Founder & CEO of Floss Bar, graduated from Harvard University in 2012 and went to work for Bridgewater Associates, the largest hedge fund in the world. Ms. Sadej dreamed up Floss Bar when she noticed how complicated it was to get basic dental care without taking hours off from work or being offered extra services. After further research, she discovered that over 80% of Americans have gingivitis, and the number of preventable dental emergencies was consistently rising. In 2018, Ms. Sadej began building Floss Bar into a household name. Her goal is to improve the expedience, cost, and accessibility of health and cosmetic services, helping people improve themselves inside and out.

Farhad Attaie, CSO of Floss Bar, was a co-founder at hellosmile. He spent a decade building a new pediatric oral and medical health service model for some of New York City's most underserved communities, focusing on prevention rather than treatment. Mr. Attaie also co-founded Fact0ry, an innovation ecosystem that guides top executives at companies like General Electric, Nike, Procter & Gamble, and SONY to innovate at the speed of smaller companies. He is a TED resident, started his career at Merrill Lynch Investment Bank, and is a UCSD alum.

Dr. Janash is a graduate of Boston University's School of Dental Medicine and the dental residency program at the University of Connecticut. He specializes in state-of-the-art restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry.

In 2011 Dr. Janash founded Underbite Management, a New York City-based dental management group. Underbite offers a comprehensive slate of services and solutions designed to protect practices from the seismic shifts happening in the dental industry.

Dr. Janash is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity and the American Dental Association, and volunteers time and resources to a number of charitable causes. In 2007 and 2013, he was named one of the Consumer’s Research Council’s top dentists.

Dr. Noga attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. During dental school, she was awarded the prestigious Health Sciences Collegiate Scholarship by the United States Navy and served as an active-duty general dentist and Navy Lieutenant with the Marine Corps, stationed in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. She is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the American Academy of Cosmetic Orthodontics, and the American Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Noga is founder and CEO of Tranquility Dental Wellness, which has three locations in the Tacoma, WA area, offering a contemporary spa-like environment for patients. Her treatment philosophy encompasses health, function, and beauty. She believes that dentistry is more than just fixing teeth — it is making overall health a priority and building function and beauty from there.

​Adelberg Montalvan Pediatric Dental, PC

Dr.  Adelberg has been delivering outstanding pediatric dentistry since 1998. He received his undergraduate education from the University of Albany, majoring in psychology, and his dental education from the University of Buffalo. He completed a two-year residency in pediatric dentistry at Montefiore Medical Center, the hospital for the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, graduating in 1998. He is a board-certified pediatric dentist.

Dr. Adelgerg often lectures to residents at Montefiore Medical Center as well as parent groups, preschools, nursery schools, and kindergarten classes. Dr. Adelberg is a member of many professional organizations, including the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He performs in many school shows in the area, introducing the fun of dentistry to 3- to 6-year-olds.

Mr. Guest co-founded New Horizons Dental Practice Management in 2013, and as COO, he is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, instilling the discipline of utilizing data and key performance indicators into all aspects of the business.
New Horizons Dental Practice Management is a DSO designed to help lift the burden of the business off of dentists' shoulders. They currently manage nine practices — and counting.

Prior to founding New Horizons, Mr. Guest was Director of Data Intelligence and Tactical Analysis at LionShare Marketing. He obtained a bachelor's degree in business at the University of Kansas.

Mr. Cooper is the CEO and Founder of North American Dental Group. He has helped build the organization to become one of the leading Dental service organizations in the United States.

Mr. Cooper served as a senior executive for nearly a decade in several joint ventures with Sony Music group, Universal Music and Publishing, and Atlantic Records.

He studied finance at Youngstown State University and successively acquired his Series 7, 63, & 65 investment advisor licensures. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the ADSO.

Mr. Aly practiced dentistry and periodontal surgery while simultaneously working in management and marketing. He graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry, Alexandria University in Egypt, where he also earned a graduate certificate in Periodontics & Oral Medicine. He earned a diploma in sales & marketing from the American University in Cairo, and he also has an MBA from Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas. Mr. Aly has a CVA certification from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and is a business broker, working on his CBI Certification. Mr. Aly is currently working on a book addressing dental-practice management and DSOs.

Mr. Dake entered the dental industry in 2011 as CFO of a dental-support organization, where he consolidated 11 individual orthodontic practices into a centralized operating platform. He has overseen the growth of Rock Dental Brands through acquisitions and de novo clinics from two locations in 2012 to 74 locations in 2018. Mr. Dake started his career at Deloitte, providing tax and M&A consulting services to private equity groups, funds, and Fortune 500 companies. He attended Southern Methodist University, where he received bachelor's degrees in both business administration and accounting as well as in international studies.
