Every DEO mastermind placement starts with a Growth Accelerator Call. A DEO coach confirms your Growth Ladder stage, assesses your current coaching engagement, and identifies the mastermind group that aligns most closely with your revenue stage, organizational complexity, and the specific challenges you are working through right now.
Mastermind group matching
Once your stage is confirmed, The DEO matches you with a mastermind group whose members are at the same Growth Ladder segment, ensuring that every peer in the room is dealing with the same scale, the same complexity, and the same category of challenges you are. The matching process accounts for group size, current cohort composition, and the specific focus areas most relevant to your organization's stage and primary constraints.
Your first Mastermind session
Your first session is where the value of stage matched peer accountability becomes immediately apparent. Your DEO Tribe Coach facilitates the conversation, introduces you to the group, and creates the space for the kind of honest, high trust peer exchange that most dental entrepreneurs have never had access to before. A DEO Mastermind group is a curated, stage matched peer group of dental entrepreneurs at the same Growth Ladder segment — brought together for regular, facilitated problem solving conversations led by an experienced DEO Tribe Coach. Every mastermind group is organized by revenue stage so every participant is dealing with the same scale, complexity, and category of challenges. The format creates a high trust, high accountability peer environment where the collective intelligence of the group surfaces insights, solutions, and perspectives that no individual coaching relationship or training program can replicate.
Full Mastermind group participation is available to DEO full coaching members at the High Producer stage and above. The DEO App members get access to mastermind resources inside the App (including facilitation frameworks, problem solving templates, and recorded content from past Mastermind sessions) as an introduction to the mastermind format and a preview of what full coaching membership adds. When an App member is ready to transition to full coaching the mastermind group becomes one of the most immediately impactful additions to their DEO membership.
