All I Want for Christmas is “The Twelve Laws of Leadership”

Thank you to those of you who have ordered my most recent book, “The Twelve Laws of Leadership.” It is well on its way to becoming a bestseller in the dental industry. Thank you! It is very much appreciated.

The way the book is written in a style I call “essence writing.” Although thousands of books have been written about leadership, they are all descriptive. They convey to you the characteristics, qualities, case studies, and quotes of leaders. From a learning by understanding perspective, this is fine. But by my observation, it does not change anything about the reader’s leadership. Not one thing! It makes the reader smarter, but it does not make the reader a better leader.

My intention in“The Twelve Laws of Leadership” is different. The intention is to prompt you to reflect on exactly what the laws are that are being presented, and then map your own leadership onto those laws. I’d like you to notice the gap between your leadership and what is on the page, and then think about what you need to do to close the gap.

More a user manual than a textbook,“The Twelve Laws of Leadership” is about making you more conscious as a leader. It is written to guide you to reflect on your leadership. It is written for the reader to recognize whether he or she is following the Twelve Laws, and if so, to what degree.

When you have the sincere intention and genuine commitment to close the gap between where you are are operating as a leader and what you see in the guidance of the Twelve Laws, you will naturally become a more powerful and connected leader.

Give yourself the gift of becoming a successful leader.“The Twelve Laws of Leadership” is available at Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Borders, and Chapters.
