Role

  • This is a full-time, performance-driven position (40+ hours per week) designed for a seasoned sales professional ready to make a meaningful impact. 
  • As a Senior Sales Representative, you will lead 1-hour Introductory and follow-up calls with practice owners actively seeking support. 
  • Expect to run 4–7 sales conversations per day, guiding prospects through a consultative decision-making process that helps them reclaim time, scale strategically, and lead their businesses more effectively.
  • You’ll manage a pipeline of qualified, inbound leads—no cold calling—originating from DEO’s robust marketing engine (webinars, events, podcast traffic). 
  • This is a high-touch, high-trust role focused on closing deals that change lives, with a strong emphasis on precision, empathy, and performance.
  • You will be the second sales representative on the team and immediately get access to inbound leads and eventually a full calendar of sales calls.
  • Our members’ success stories change businesses and enrich their lives, and your role is to help them get started on that path. This is a results-oriented, high-touch sales role with key focus on data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and close warm, inbound leads from qualified sources (webinars, events, podcasts).
  • Conduct structured, 1-hour discovery calls to diagnose core business pain points and present tailored solutions.
  • Guide decision-makers through a proven, consultative sales process—from initial interest to close.
  • Overcome objections with insight and empathy, using data, stories, and strategy to drive clarity and action.
  • Maintain and optimize your pipeline using HubSpot CRM and Aloware—ensuring clean data, accurate forecasting, and timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and client success to ensure a frictionless handoff and high-quality onboarding experience.

Results

  • High close rate on qualified sales calls.
  • Maintain consistent daily call volume (4–7 conversations)
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Positive feedback from new clients post-enrollment.
  • Accurate, up-to-date CRM records and deal tracking.
  • Contribute to overall team growth and revenue milestones.

Requirements

  • Dental Industry Experience Preferred
  • 2+ years of proven success in sales 
  • Preferably consultative or B2B
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills
  • Confidence in handling high-trust, high-ticket conversations
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and stay self-motivated in a remote environment
