Jake is passionate about establishing thriving dental groups and DSOs by building executive teams, executive leadership, culture, operational systems, recruiting, retention, and financial structures.

As current partner and CEO of the Dentist Entrepreneur Organization (DEO), Jake works exclusively with emerging-market group dental practices by building a community of like-minded group practice owners. Jake gives group practice leaders the resources and support they need to move from disjointed “dots on a map” to unified, thriving dental group enterprises by “Thinking like a CEO.”

Jake earned his MBA from Xavier University and has now started, owned, and served as CEO of several seven-figure businesses.

After starting Firegang Dental Marketing in 2010 and building that company up to one of the most successful marketing companies in dentistry, he left in 2016, having helped thousands of dentists build practices new patients love.

Jake is also co-author of the best-selling book “How to Get New Dental Patients with the Power of the Web.”

Speaking is his favorite hobby, and he has spoken at conferences around the globe, including in Thailand, Malaysia, and all over the United States.

Credentials

Jake earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from Xavier University. Jake is Google Adwords Certified and Google Analytics Certified, and is a member of the Better Business Bureau.
