Job Mission
Manage multiple ongoing projects and tasks to completion to drive results and provide the marketing team with technical support.
Responsibilities
- Manage wide variety of projects and tasks aimed at expanding marketing capabilities
- Build digital marketing systems in project management software
- Build and manage marketing webpages in wordpress and associated page builders (thrive themes, click funnels, etc.)
- Learn and assist in paid advertising platforms ie Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Youtube
- Learn automation tools like Zapier, Infusionsoft, plusthis, etc.
- Assist in creation of CRM campaigns (Infusionsoft)
- Create systems for producing marketing video content
- Learn dozens of marketing tools over time
- Assist marketing leader in tasks and projects
- Run reports and set up reporting systems
- Manage spreadsheets in Google Sheets
- Troubleshoot and fix issues in marketing funnels / pipelines
- Make sure funnels are working properly at all times
Job Summary:
- Full Time 30-40 Hours Per Week, long-term contractor position
- Pay of $22-$25/hr, depending on experience

- Must work during US time zone hours (Pacific preferred)
Requirements:
- Preferred – Some experience with WordPress
- Preferred – Some experience with Infusionsoft or a similar CRM
- Ability to learn softwares such as Infusionsoft, Facebook Ads, Social Media Platforms
- Ability to pick up on new software quickly
- BONUS – Some php, html or javascript coding ability is helpful
- BONUS – Some copywriting experience
Time Commitment Estimate
- 30-40 Hour Per Week
- Daily Morning Huddles at 10am PT
- Working hours are between 5am PT – 5pm PT
- Mandatory that you’re online between 9am PT – 12pm PT
