Summary:
- Part Time Position 15-25 hours per week
- Work from home – no office
- Location independent – can work from anywhere
- Must work during US time zone hours
- No experience necessary, but preferred
- Pay: $15-17/hour depending on experience

As an US Based Virtual Assistant You Will Be Doing the Following:
- Communicating directly with clients
- Organizing meetings, ensuring meeting attendance
- Managing small projects and initiatives to completion
- Creating process documents
- Managing billing system, ensuring all clients pay on time
- Communicate with clients about billing
- Managing filing system
- Executive assistant duties, such as but not limited to follow-ups and communication
- Be able to pay close attention to detail as well as manage multiple priorities
