For nearly a decade, Jake Puhl has been at the helm of DEO, leading it from a small group of 19 members in 2016 to a thriving community of 300+ dental entrepreneurs today.
One of the DEO’s core frameworks is called the 5 Stages of Profitability. This framework outlines the 5 stages of a dentist entrepreneur’s journey from launching profits where they’re just starting out all the way up to passive profits. Jake has reached the pinnacle of the profitability stages and now has the luxury to follow his passions within the DEO.
Jake’s passion has always been helping businesses grow—whether through marketing, sales, strategic expansion, or industry partnerships. By transitioning into the Chief Growth Officer role, he can now focus on what he does best—scaling DEO’s impact and reach.
